How long does the delivery take?

Within Germany we deliver with our shipping partner UPS usually in 1-3 working days, for orders with a forwarding agency in 5-7 working days. The delivery times differ for deliveries abroad.
 

How can I track my order?

To check the delivery status of your order, call up the invoice that you received by email. You will find the link to track the shipment in the email.

So you always know where your shipment is and how long it will take to get to you.

 

What are the shipping costs?

The shipping costs are calculated individually according to the size and weight of the order. You can see the shipping costs in your shopping cart at any time.
 

How can I be sure that I have placed my order correctly?

If you want to check whether your order has been correctly placed, you can see this in the order confirmation sent by us by email.
You can also find your orders in your customer account under the heading »Orders«.

What can I do if I receive a damaged item?

If an item we have delivered is damaged or not in order in any way, please contact us at info@slate-lite.com. If the goods are damaged, please send us a photo of the defect in the email so that we can get back to you with a quick solution.

We ship the items with our shipping partners UPS.
 

Can my delivery address differ from my billing address?

You are welcome to have your order delivered to an address that differs from your billing address, e.g. to your workplace. To do this, you simply need to add another delivery address to the address query before completing the order.

 

Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

We ask for your understanding that a subsequent change of the delivery address is not possible with Slate-Lite. Orders are processed immediately and therefore it is unfortunately not possible for us to guarantee a change. If the specified delivery address cannot be found or your shipment cannot be delivered, the shipment will be returned to us. As soon as we have received the shipment and checked it, the credit will be made on the way you specified as the payment method.
